Due to our own strict safety standards , our equipment USAGE/RENTAL is provided STRICTLY ONLY under SUPERVISION by our instructors in a nominated location/area. Minimum competency levels apply to all rentals/Hire. Customers are responsible and liable for all loss or damage whatsoever caused to the equipment. Equipment is inspected for any damage upon collection and return. Damage Charges Small / medium Hole in wing: $200 Large hole / Wing replacement: $850 Damage to the board: $250-500 Damage to foils: $250-500 Risk Warning, Acknowledgement, Waiver and Release Participation in Wind Foiling/Foiling activities involves significant risks, including the risk of personal injury and death. No amount of care, caution, instruction or expertise can totally eliminate the inherent risks of Wind Foiling/Foiling activities. In consideration of 'Goldcoastwingfoilinglessons' accepting a Participant for lessons or the Rental of our Equipment, the participant must acknowledge, understand and agree to expressly and voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury or death sustained while participating in our activities whether or not caused by the negligence of the released parties.
